Breaders combines the business model of traditional bakeries with that of cafés, evolving toward an integrated supply chain model. The company has developed the Forno Brisa brand, which has become a reference point for Italian bakery cafés, thanks to a radical and independent project with unique and irreverent communication.

In addition to maximizing profits, the company intends to generate a positive impact toward the team, the communities in which it operates, the environment, and all stakeholders by pursuing bold choices regarding the dynamics of agribusiness supply chains.

This is the second campaign Forno Brisa has launched on Mamacrowd; in 2019 it overfunded in just 3 days and brought 357 new members on board. It has met all the goals set in the plan of the previous fundraising, even realizing unplanned projects such as the opening of the roastery and chocolate line.

Now Breaders is aiming for rapid and healthy growth through the opening of additional Brisa outlets, the realization of the Mill, participation in other Bakeries for their growth and the development of the digital platform, making its Business Model competitive, diversified and more focused on technology and innovation, both in process and product.

FornoBrisa 2 & Friends reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors participating in the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
