Fareke

Fareke was born from the Gementi family 's decades of experience in the paint and building materials industry. After founding and selling two networks of outlets to multinationals, Mario Gementi and his son Gabriele sensed in 2019 that the market, traditionally artisanal and poorly digitized, was ready for a breakthrough. The idea was born from a simple episode: observing how new generations buy all kinds of products online, they understood that even a painter or artisan would soon want to order paints and materials from their smartphone.

Hence Fareke took shape: a platform that combines e-commerce and communication, designed to enhance local retailers and offer professionals and individuals a one-stop shop for buying building materials, paints and tools.

Today, the marketplace engages hundreds of manufacturers and retailers, simplifying sales and logistics management through an integrated system that makes it easy to pack, ship, and receive. After years of organic growth and operational testing, Fareke aims to consolidate its position in Italy and expand in Europe, bringing the world of color and construction into the new digital age.

Fareke is currently registered in the Special Register of Innovative Start-ups and, in line with its path of growth and consolidation of innovation, has applied to the Chamber of Commerce to become an Innovative SME.

On the Fareke campaign, the optional paid Rubrication service is available for individuals.

Fareke reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign. Investors will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit over the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference stated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
