Desenzano del Garda - Horizon is a real estate project of Martina RE Spa, aimed at the development of two villas in Via Lavagnone, between Lonato and Desenzano, overlooking Lake Garda.

The real estate investment opportunity offers an annual return of up to 14 percent, with an estimated transaction duration of 18 months. Management of the bureaucratic, site and sales aspects will be handled by the special purpose vehicle Horizon S.r.l.

The investment in Desenzano del Garda - Horizon offers the advantage of preferential liquidation, i.e., the right for investors who join the equity crowdfunding campaign to be reimbursed first compared to the Promoter.

Desenzano del Garda - Horizon reserves the right of "liquidation preference" to all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in case of exit compared to the other shareholders of the company (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
