Azimut is the leading independent financial company in the asset management sector, active for 30 years and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan since 2004.

Since 2014, Azimut has been offering specific financial instruments to encourage the injection of private capital into small and medium-sized enterprises and create, at the same time, opportunities for returns for investors.

Today, at this time of emergency, we believe that supporting local excellences is essential to ensure the longevity of their activities and create a driving effect for the entire national economy.

Azimut Sostieni Italia is our answer: a new project designed to allow private capital to flow directly into supporting local businesses that are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of theCOVID-19 emergency.

The Government's exceptional measures cannot suffice.

The effects of the Coronavirus emergency will have significant repercussions on the entire Italian economy and, despite the timely and exceptional measures adopted by the Government, the scenarios hypothesized in the short term remain very complex, with serious effects especially on consumption and in terms of GDP.

For this reason, it is essential that the commitment of the Institutions be accompanied by private investments to concretely support local activities that, due to the moment of contingency, have suffered a sudden interruption in their cash flows.

The project has two specific objectives

• Investors: to generate value by supporting the country's recovery.
