Project

L'Aquila 1927 is the main sports club in the capital city of Abruzzo. Following the rescue from bankruptcy by its fans at the end of the 2018/19 season, it has become "The People's Team." A healthy, debt-free club that has won 3 championships in the last 5 years, and in which the fan is not a mere spectator, but represents the beating heart of the sports and social project.

L'Aquila 1927 has outlined a project capable of making the City dream: a project "of all - for all," capable of combining a sporting goal - the achievement of Serie B by 2027, the year of the centenary of the club's founding - with a broader project of urban regeneration based on the healthy values of sports, with the redevelopment of the Stadium, the construction of a new sports center and an Academy Center.

The five-year business plan "It's not just Football" is the emblem of a collective rebirth project, which through the sporting dream of Serie B will also lead the citizens of L'Aquila to experience a new urban centrality based on the values of sports.

In addition, the sports project is not limited to soccer, as L'Aquila 1927 is intent on establishing a Polisportiva society including volleyball, padel, tennis, and five-a-side soccer as well, fostering sociality andsocial inclusion.

The business plan proposes a sustainable model of doing sports, in which the sports result is intended to be in synergy with the creation of value for the territory and with the goal of additionally enhancing the equity investment.

To give shape to this sporting and social dream, L'Aquila 1927 has designed a hybrid business model , in which the revenue streams generated by the sporting dimension join those generated by the real estate assets.

In fact, the new stadium and sports center, which will include commercial spaces, bar/restaurants, museum and media rooms, 2 11-a-side soccer fields, a 5-a-side field, 4 padel fields and more, will actively contribute to the formation of additional revenue lines independent of the football activity, ensuring economic continuity and constant cash flows.

On the L'Aquila 1927 campaign, the optional paidRubrication service is available.

L'Aquila1927 reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit over the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
