AKUIS was born out of the vision of Alessandro Englaro and Mattiarmando Chiavegato, the former an aerospace engineer, the latter an architect-designer, to revolutionize the workout experience by making it personalized and more engaging.
From this idea was born Sintesi, a cable and digital load robotic machine, an all-in-one digital gym. Lightweight and versatile, it consists of two tubular modules, weighing less than 10 kg, that can be placed either on the wall or on the floor and offers a customized workout with a variety of programmable resistances.

Akuis reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit compared to the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
