Acadèmia.TV is a premium online training platform founded by the creators of Chef in Camicia.
It offers 360-degree learning based on a continuously updated schedule of courses created by top professionals such as Massari, Knam, Oldani and many others. In addition to the video courses, it provides an AI tutor trained with the material on the platform to be always reliable and accurate and a calendar of live events to meet the needs of every enthusiastThe
company adopts a business model based on a subscription system, which guarantees recurring cash flows and allows it to scale by expanding volumes and keeping the fixed cost structure unchanged, while integrating dynamic revenue lines from B2C digital gifting and brand partnerships.
The platform, on the strength of an active amateur cooks with over 1 million people, has already achieved significant results with 160.000 registered users, 30,000 paying users, and 2.35mln€ in pre-cash revenues in 2025 with significant growth from the previous year.
The company has already raised capital previously from top tier private business angels in 2022 and through equity crowdfunding in 2024, and is ready for a new campaign, aiming to fund the development of new platform features, increase the number of paying users, and reach 7mln€ in revenues in 2028.
Acadèmia.Tv 's campaign is being conducted through a capital increase involving both Acadèmia.Tv S.r.l. (the "Target" company) and a newly established vehicle called Academia Crowd Vehicle S.r.l. [SPV] (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company ). More information in the round section.
Acadèmia.Tv reserves the right of "liquidation preference" to all investors who join the campaign. Investors will be reimbursed in the following order: firstly, holders of "Food Lover" shares, "Fine Dining" shares, "Petit Gourmand" shares and "Commis" shares; secondly, members other than members holding "Food Lover" shares, "Fine Dining" shares, "Petit Gourmand" shares and "Commis" shares (as indicated in the bylaws).
