The company has reached 138% overfunding, collecting € 110 thousand of adhesions.


A turnover of € 25 thousand is expected from an order of 120 Condominium Risk Assessment Booklets by a reseller from Emilia, in the area of Forlì and Ravenna, part of the Astro Group.
Another order for € 10 thousand from Marche (in the province of Pesaro-Urbino), where the service of Homeero Building arrives thanks to another retailer of the Group, with a portfolio of customers that manages a total of more than 500 condominiums and that has responded positively by placing a first order immediately.
The Condominium Risk Assessment Booklet is one of the services offered by Homeero, in addition to the platform for maintenance management: it allows condominium administrators to comply with new regulations on safety.

The company has activated the first reseller in Southern Italy, the Consortium Facitaly Global Service, which will allow it to potentially reach more than 500 condominiums for about € 150 thousand of turnover.
The Consortium Facitaly Global Service is in fact a large group of companies, highly specialized and complementary to each other, operating in the area of Naples and province for over 30 years and manages the maintenance of more than 20 thousand systems of condominiums, retail, residential and industrial.

Homeero Building can therefore count on a new dealer that will allow it to further accelerate its growth and on a partnership, the one with Astro Group, which is demonstrating concretely its business potential.
