White dwarf launches Hubble

Hubble is the support programme for the creation of new enterprises and/or acceleration of existing ones promoted by Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze and realized in collaboration with Nana Bianca - our partner certified incubator, and Fondazione per la Ricerca e l'Innovazione dell'Università degli Studi di Firenze.

Hubble aims at identifying, training, accelerating and launching on the market the best entrepreneurial ideas active on the Tuscan, Italian and European territory, with particular attention to projects with a strong impact on the digital market and that can guarantee future positive effects on the development of the metropolitan territory of Florence.
Hubble is addressed to individuals organized in teams, innovative startups and innovative SMEs that intend to carry out projects of product or service development.
The selected projects must have a strong digital connotation, with a business model linked to the market areas Sharing Economy, Smart Cities Solutions, IoT, Energy, SaaS, Mobile App, Circular Economy, Health and Bioinformatics.

Candidates admitted to the Hubble program receive a support grant and acceleration services.
Here is an overview: the investment grant ranges from €30 to €50,000; acceleration services last 16 weeks; selected teams are required to attend entrepreneurial training courses during which they will be able to validate the business model & business planning, develop skills on how to efficiently manage the company and human resources; refine sales techniques through viral online strategies; implement funding and fundraising capabilities.
