Mamacrowd and the first record-breaking equity crowdfunding campaign

On Mamacrowd, the campaign with the highest funding target reached by the platform to date is underway. Innovative-RFK has in fact surpassed 4.5 million euros, also falling within the investments of the AZIMUT ELTIF - Venture Capital ALIcrowd II fund, and is about to reach the maximum fundraising target of 5 million.

The initiative not only represents the largest campaign successfully launched on Mamacrowd to date, but it is also among the largest in Italy (Source: Entrepreneurship Finance and Innovation Observatories) and will contribute to the further growth and development phase of Innovative-RFK, a holding company of industrial holdings in companies with a high innovation content and a solid income profile. In addition, the raising is especially an example of how the equity crowdfunding tool is increasingly instrumental in the capital raising phase for the country's SMEs and startups.

IRFK, some background information.

IRFK is an industrial holding company founded in 2017 and listed on the Euronext Access market in Paris, which invests in startups and innovative SMEs in the growth and consolidation phase (Growth Capital), with the aim of increasing value through internationalization and expansion activities in markets, M&A and possibly IPOs. To date, the holding company has invested about €10.5 mln in 10 companies (one of which is listed on Euronext Growth Milan) that have generated aggregate revenues of €58 ml n and EBITDA of about €9 mln by the end of 2021, employing more than 300 people.

With the campaign on Mamacrowd, Innovative-RFK aims to raise capital to continue its path of growth and investment on the best Italian SMEs in some of the highest-growth sectors, characterized by scalability and high-margin dynamics.
