Gialle&Co. is the first restaurant in Milan to offer an innovative culinary format: the Anglo-Saxon speciality of the baked potato revisited in an Italian gourmet key.
Active since the end of 2017 in the strategic and central Moscova district, in just one year it has reached a total turnover of about € 300 thousand and a positive ebitda(with a turnover of € 1000/sqm, above the average of comparable activities).
The concept is already validated by customers. It counts 22,000 customers, important scores in reviews (4.5/5 on TripAdvisor and 9/10 on The Fork) and the 266th position, continuously rising, among the 6 thousand restaurants in Milan on TripAdvisor.
The partners have an economic-financial background, with experience in international consulting firms. Three out of five have already made a successful exit in the food retail sector. Two are still investors in other prestigious food projects, including a restaurant in the Michelin Guide.
A network of expert partners has been built up for the preparation of the location, the study of the menu, the choice of ingredients and the managerial management of the first store, allowing Gialle&Co. to establish itself in such a short time, not only for its catering offer, but as a real brand.
Gialle&Co. now aims to open two new stores in Milan in 2019 (in the attractive Navigli/Tortona and Isola districts) and, in the two-year period 2020-21, to launch another ten outlets.
