Just Knock is the first European blind recruitment platform that allows companies, of all sizes, to quickly and effectively find the best employees and candidates to be evaluated anonymously ("Blind" mode) through their skills and attitudes and not only by the info present in the CV. The company closed 2017 tripling the turnover of 2016 and already reaching in the first 5 months of 2018 the full turnover of last year, thus confirming the growth trend.
It counts on more than 60 large corporate clients including Bosch, Banca Sella, Costa Crociere, Decathlon, Enel, Ferrero, Gucci, Unilever and a constantly growing community of 65,000 users.
Just Knock proposes aninnovative technological solution specifically designed to solve the slow and inefficient selection activities of large companies: through traditional methods, in fact, they receive an average of about 250 thousand CVs per year (more than 300 per ad) from people who are often not in line with open positions and the selection of the best candidate is complex and laborious.
In order to shorten the time they are forced to make an initial selection using standard parameters (age, degree, qualifications), leading to 64% of candidates being automatically rejected, without having the opportunity to measure them on more subjective aspects that identify their potential, and 82% of them do not receive feedback with the consequent damage to the company's image.

Through the platform, companies, in full autonomy, launch specific calls through preset business case models and monitor the results of the candidates. This allows them to receive applications only from people who are truly aligned and motivated, and allows users to send tests in a simple way, to receive constructive feedback from companies and to be evaluated on the basis of their skills.
The market in which the company operates is that of online recruiting, a market in continuous expansion, with growth of +40% per year and an estimated value, by 2020, of around $22 billion.
In addition, the Human Resources Tech industry is growing exponentially with a current value of approximately $400 billion and is demanding innovative solutions from operators in the sector capable of supporting them in an efficient and structured manner.
