Created by the Preatoni family to allow crowd investors to join their business model related to bare ownership, Preatoni Nuda Proprietà Crowdfunding (PNPC) is the company specialized in the discount purchase and resale of bare ownership.

What is bare ownership?

Anyone who owns a property can sell it to a third party while retaining the right to live there for the duration of his life (right of usufruct).

The seller thus has immediate liquidity available, maintaining the right for life to live in their home. The buyer buys a property that automatically revalues over time as the usufructuary ages, benefiting from a reduced price compared to those of the real estate market, as the value of the usufruct is reduced from that of full ownership (full ownership = bare ownership + usufruct).

PNPC's business model provides for the purchase of bare ownership at a discount, thanks to a ready cash offer, and the resale of the same at market prices, speeding up the buying and selling process and generating a capital gain on each transaction.

PNPC relies on the support of two companies already present on the market, created by the family Preatoni thanks to the long experience of Ernesto Preatoni in the real estate sector: Preatoni Nuda Proprietà, dedicated to the search of sellers and investors in bare property and Preatoni Intermediazioni Immobiliari, designed to facilitate the meeting between supply and demand of this particular market and the management of all phases of the intermediation between seller and buyer.
