Keesy is the service that automates all the check-in steps required by law in the short-stay market, relieving owners and guests in the operational management of bureaucracy: from identity verification to the collection of the tourist tax, from communications to the police headquarters to the access to the house.
In Q1 2019, it turned over about € 125 thousand (70% of the entire 2018), the use of the service grew 300% year-on-year and it is about to open abroad, starting from France.
In 18 months it has activated the service in more than 100 Italian municipalities, opened the first 11 Keesy Points (among which Venice, Milan, Rome, Turin) for the automated delivery-pick-up of keys, welcomed more than 30 thousand guests, managed more than 1.500 apartments.
Each Keesy Point generates about € 100,000 per year, making it possible to plan a growth in turnover in parallel with the next openings and the subsequent international expansion.
The founder team has direct experience in the management of apartments, has a deep knowledge of the needs and shortcomings of the sector, and thanks to a personal investment of € 1.4 million has created and patented an unprecedented system. It has also involved the best partners and the most advanced technologies (including Sclak) in accordance with the growing trend of home automation, making the system technologically scalable.
