- Slide 4 description of the product/service and how it solves the problem
- Slide 5 the solution today (stage of development and highlight, if possible, in a quantitative and qualitative way scientific validations of
product service) - Slide 6 description of the reference market (it is important to size and quantitatively segment the market)
- Slide 7 description of competitors and competitive advantage
- Slide 8 explanation of the business model
- Slide 9 customers, partnerships, market traction, relevant metrics
- Slide 10 the scientific team/committee
- Slide 11 roadmap (describe both past and future highlights)
- Slide 12 financial need: min/max target, pre-money valuation and how % share sold changes based on fundraising

Business Plan
Can be drawn up
- as an extension of the Pitch, deepening the concepts inserted in graphic form;
- as an extended and detailed word file.
It must include
in addition to what is contained in the pitch, also the following information:
- more detailed financials both actual and prospective complete with assumptions;
- sales and marketing strategy;
- operations;
- details of target customers;
- more detailed metrics;
- cap table;
- company valuation method (how was the value arrived at and what are the assumptions).
Similar information should also be included in the offer profile, so we suggest to take inspiration from that when drafting the documentation.
