Borrowed Account Banca Sella

Here are the instructions needed to open the captive equity account intended for your Company.

A) You must connect to this Link(Chrome recommended).

More information can be found in the on-boarding manual.

You will be prompted to enter :

• IDENTIFICATION CODE OF AFFERENCE PORTAL, indicates PRTJLAS03000221
• URL OF AFFERENCE PORTAL, enter mamacrowd.com

The following documentation must be prepared to carry out the offeror onboarding:

1. identity document of the legal representative
2. social security number of the legal representative
3. additional document (other ID, utility bill or bank account statement) of the legal representative for remote recognition
4. iD and tax identification number of any beneficial owners listed in the AML questionnaire

B) You will also need to arrange for a transfer of € 16.00 equal to the stamp fees

• payable to : Banca Sella Spa
• IBAN: EN 79 J 03268 22300 0A9H00225437
• Reason: [company name of the company]

C) Upon completion of the registration subscription on Banca Sella Spa, it is necessary to email some documents that cannot be uploaded during the online process, namely:

1. Articles of Incorporation
2. Articles of Incorporation
3. Chamber of Commerce Registration
4. Updated Chamber of Commerce Visura
5. VAT number attribution form
6. possible FATCA self-certification form
7. Stamp transfer account of € 16.00 to IBAN IT 79 J 03268 22300 0A9H00225437 Banca Sella SPA in the reason the company name.

PLEASENOTE: The PRACTICE NUMBER is listed on the onboarding webpage (top right corner) as explained on the manual.

We would like to remind you to do the onboarding no later than the date indicated in the operational timelines already sent with a separate email.

We therefore look forward to receiving:

• Iban of the restricted equity account opened with Banca Sella
• Iban of the ordinary current account in your name to then transfer the capital raised at the end of the campaign.

2) Ordinary current account to which the capital raised will be released (must be the same one you provided to Banca Sella)

* The ordinary current account, registered on the portal of Banca Sella Spa when opening the escrow account, cannot be changed for anti-money laundering reasons. Therefore, the capital raised can be released only and exclusively to the ordinary account you entered when opening the escrow account.
