The text for the launch is a nimble and comprehensive description of the project, accompanied by supporting images that, as with the coming soon, can be extracted from the Pitch. It is divided into paragraphs and will be published on launch day. It aims to provide all the information needed to introduce the company to potential investors, converting visitors into actual investors.
In the drive folder shared at the coming soon there are further instructions on text production, including the character limit to be met for each paragraph and for the entire outline.
On the platform, under each paragraph it will be possible to insert the various images. Only one will appear as the main one, the remaining images will be displayed as a gallery.
Texts, documents and formats
For processes related to communication we work on Google Drive, so you can stay up-to-date on changes or critical issues with streamlined and shared processes. You will find the link to your folder within the email with the subject line "Mamacrowd campaign communication - Name of your project." Please remember to notify us via email whenever a file is added to Google drive and don't forget to populate the folders with images intended for social communications.
Documents and other files to be integrated into the campaign on Mamacrowd that are not related to communication and marketing activities must first be approved by your lead analyst and sent to support@mamacrowd.com.
Documents will be allowed to have a maximum size of 5MB.
Updates section
The updates section, managed by the Mamacrowd team together with you, will be implemented with all news reported by you regarding the company during the campaign period:
With each new update there will be an email notification to project followers and a red dot will appear to also visually alert the visitor to the project page that there is news.
The number inside the dot is for updates posted in the last 15 days.
This is the section dedicated to dialogue between the company and investors; it will be activated on the day of the launch. As soon as the offering is live, a standard and automatic Welcome message will appear in the section on behalf of the project admin
As a reminder, after the campaign launch, the email address chosen as the admin will receive real-time notifications of new comments and investor sign-ups.
Within the Q&A section, users will be able to ask questions about the business, the company, and the offering. This is a "sensitive" section because it is open to all potential investors; users expect "real-time" responses, so special care is due, especially in the first few hours/early days.
Here are a few simple rules for proper management:
- do not leave any personal contact (phone and email) on the bulletin board. For all those who will ask to speak with you, always give maximum availability, and tell them to write to us via support@mamacrowd.com (you can also notify us via direct channels to speed up the timing)
- the same procedure as described above applies to any outside inquiries outside of the offering and related to howequity crowdfunding works. Show that you are open to dialogue and always ask to write for this kind of information to support@mamacrowd.com.
- try to answer questions in a timely manner.
