Company Register

After the release of the raised capital, it is necessary to register the new Shareholders with the Company Register within the legal deadlines (normally within 30 days from the date of the release of the raised capital - check the capital increase resolution for the effective terms of the filing obligation).

The list of investors, to be registered in the Company Register with all personal data and identity documents, will be visible and downloadable from the platform, in your campaign section, after the final release of the amount raised at the end of the campaign.

You will find 2 lists :

• a list for the Companies Register including the Directa Sim "partner" (for campaigns with the Rubrication service);
• a list with the list of members who have joined the Alternative System of share ownership.

The lists also include, purely as an indication, the nominal value for each investment received. Therefore, please check with your advisor the correctness of the nominal values we have calculated before registering the new members at the Companies Registry.

We also provide Directa Sim with the list of members who have requested the Rubrication; if your consultant makes changes to our names, please also inform the Sim at the following address crowdfunding@directa.it to update the members' portfolio.

For Consob purposes, we remind you to send a copy of the updated register to Mamacrowd support@mamacrowd.com and to all Investors who joined the campaign.
