Innovative - RFK

Innovative-RFK (i-RFK) is an industrial holding company founded in 2017 and listed on the Euronext Access market in Paris, which invests in innovative startups and SMEs undergoing growth and consolidation (Growth Capital), with the aim of increasing value through internationalization and expansion activities in markets, M&A, and possibly IPOs.

The investee companies are all companies with a distinctive value proposition, a solid team of entrepreneurs, and an economic and financial track record characterized by high growth and high margins (positive EBITDA). They therefore offer a solid underlying for investors seeking high returns in addition to the 30 percent guaranteed tax deduction. The average Investment Ticket of i-RFK is € 0.5 mln - 3 mln, for a minority stake varying between 5 percent and 30 percent. The goal of i-RFK is to create long-term value for investee companies and their shareholders through the management and strategic support offered by the management team. Investors in i-RFK can realize their profits through the sale of the stock in the market without any minimum time limit.

Results Achieved

i-RFK was born from the experience of Red-Fish Kapital, a company that operates in the field of investments up to about € 50 mln in Club Deal mode. The dedicated team has been working together for over 10 years and has a successful track record. In addition, i-RFK has an extensive network thanks also to the cooperation with Arkios Italy, a qualified M&A advisor.

To date, the holding company has invested about €10.5 mln in 10 companies (one of which is listed on Euronext Growth Milan) that generated aggregate revenues of €58 mln and EBITDA of about €9 mln at the end of 2021 , employing more than 300 people.

At the end of 2021 Innovative-RFK generated a return of more than 50 percent of capital from listing (January 2020), with a price of €1.80 and a capitalization of about €18 ml n compared to the €10.5 mln invested.

With the campaign on Mamacrowd, Innovative-RFK aims to raise capital to continue its path of growth and investment on the best Italian SMEs in some of the highest growth sectors, characterized by scalability dynamics and high marginality.
